“After our roof that was installed by Blackfoot Roofing showed signs of leaking only 9 years later, and Blackfoot refused to cover the repair despite the “no leak warranty,” our RE recommended Lloyd. The job was done fast, as far as I can tell it was done well, and it was several hundred dollars cheaper than the quote from Blackfoot. If you’re considering anyone else, especially Blackfoot Roofing, come to Lloyd instead.“

“Stubbs is now excellent. Prior we had them install gutter guards that didn't work as advertised and promised by a sales representative. After allowing time to make sure we were correct we contacted them to come out and look at what was installed. After inspection it was decided they were the indeed the incorrect guards. Stubbs set up a time to come out and installed the correct ones. No hassle, no mess and we are very pleased with them. I would recommend them for your next project.“

“After Hurricane Michael, I had to reroof two houses. One was done by a different contractor and I had a very bad experience. So I learned the roofing code and how to roof my house. Sun Coast Roofing did an excellent job, and I know because I watched them do it right. Peel and Stick underlayment, quality GAF shingles with the right number of nails in the right places and not overdriven, professional and courtious crew. Eric Johnsa, my salesman and main point of contact, answered all my questions and was very responsive. The price was slightly lower than what insurance paid me. I don't know how I could have asked for a better experience.“

“After receiving a Christmas card from these folks, I was reminded to write a review. In July ‘23 my insurer told me I needed a roof replacement within 3 months I’d lose insurance. I live in Alaska and chose PRO after scrambling, getting bids and cursing my insurer for such short notice. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. From start to finish they were reassuring, competent, professional and meticulous. Despite an intervening storm, PRO helped me squeak by the deadline including all permitting, inspections and paperwork.“

“Tadlock has many sales reps and installation crews so this review is based on our sales rep, Dan Bennett, and the installation crew headed by Brian.Dan Bennett did an excellent job estimating the job, preparing me for possible additional charges for such items as rusted flashing replacement and rotten plywood decking. He took pictures of potential problem areas to document existing conditions. He went over the estimate two times to give me the best price.Our installation crew leader, Brian, treated his workers as a good crew leader should, and his workers worked incredibly hard and efficient for him. They did not let an hour long down pour stop them from finishing in one day and worked late to do so. They took pictures of all roof decking that they replaced so there was no question of the extra charges. Brian utilized his master carpenter skills to replace some siding in a difficult spot. “UPDATE: 2023The roof experience was so outstanding we had ESI do more work for us.ESI completely rebuilt our carport which was crushed by a tree. ESI added siding, gutters and replaced our windows and doors. The work was completed in a timely manner and it is flawless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESI!Wow! My roof looks AMAZING! Who knew such an INCREDIBLE contractor was located right here in little Quincy. ESI just replaced our very worn roof in Quincy. EVERYTHING went as planned. We had lots of wood rot which was cut out and replaced in the correct manner. The crew was on site every morning promptly at 8:00 AM. My property was tidied up each afternoon and when the job was completed. The proper permit was pulled and on display. The office staff was pleasant and answered all of my many questions. I would recommend ESI without a hesitation!“

“I had a very good experience with Jenkins. I own a flat-roofed duplex, and another company (Tadlock) had completely misquoted and messed up the preparations for re-roofing the entire 2000 sq. ft. roof, so I had to turn to another company to rescue the project. Jenkins Roofing came recommended by the company doing the sub-structure repair work (massive leak into one of the bedrooms), and they came through beautifully. Apparently not that many roofing companies know what they're doing when it comes to flat roofs, but Jenkins had clearly done this kind of job before. They are finishing up as I write this, and everything I've seen so far indicates that the job was exceptionally well done. I've had at least one major downpour since they buttoned everything up (membrane roofing), and not one leak. Clean operation, reasonably efficient -- especially considering they had to keep stopping and starting due to persistent afternoon thunderstorms. Thumbs up on this company.“
