In response to Kathy Frazier's review, on behalf of Southern Fixin's by Tony Colvin, we are so very sorry for any hardship that you may have endured on Monday. We had a family emergency in which our granddaughter was brutally attacked in the face and leg by a dog and also our dear friend lost his wife and brother on the same day. I am not sure if Tony forgot your appointment due to grief, stress or just human error, but I can assure you that is very uncharacteristic of him. Tony did try to contact you yesterday, (Wed) to apologize and left you a message to please call him so that he could make things right with you. One of the most honest and incredible contractors I've ever worked with! His remodel on our home turned out perfectly. Tony is great at what he does and doesn't skip corners.
