Our annual service was done yesterday and we were impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of our tech, who was also on time! We'll be staying with Vince Tiscio for all our a/c needs.
Technician was on time, thorough with his yearly inspection, and communicated well on the tasks being completed. The problems started when the technician could not explain pricing for a coil replacement that he received from the office. Over $3600 for a service call and a coil replacement that is covered under warranty with no explanation, had to pay the estimate in full before the coil was even ordered. The communication and lack of information has been pathetic since the consolidation with Peace River and I Would recommend staying away from them due to their business practices. The Technician did everything to troubleshoot the issue. Nothing major was found. The issue was no air flow coming from the AC floor registers. Cycled it numerous times, and all seemed to work fine. Not sure of the issue.
