They installed our screen room back at the end of July 2022. The attachment to the house from the screen room has ALWAYS leaked. We also have always had water coming in the double doors. We were hit with hurricane Ian last September - 2022. We sustained damage to 80% of the screens, some of the framing and the doors. They came back to fix the damage - at our expense of course - and they were also supposed to make SURE the attachment area was FINALLY fixed. The first big rain we had after the repair we had a WATERFALL COMING INTO about 25 feet of the attachment area. That was several months ago. It is now almost August of 2023. My husband has been trying to get ahold of them on a weekly to 3 times per week to get them over here to fix it. I am now completely over waiting for them to get this done. IF you use them, DO NOT give them final payment until they fix EVERYTHING they promised they would take care of.
