I'm not a contractor but I do some home projects. Whenever I visit this store they always have what I need. The people that work here are all knowledgeable and really nice people and always willing to help. Bought a zero turn from them and also have it serviced there. Great service department with a great turn around time.

Excellent experience with Chenango sales rep Mike. Called to ask a question about a Mahindra tractor I was looking at that was used. Mike took the time to ask questions in order to provide honest answers. Drove up to discuss my needs for a tractor and he provided the information for me to make an informed decision. Excellent knowledge of the product. Professional and pleasant. Looking forward to more business with Chenango Supply and Mike.

Staff is excellent and real. They understood/worked with me to pull out the right information allowing me to bring parts home instead of new equipment.Despite no power, water, no internet data base to reference and I ramble horribly sometimes. I'll take the quips and glad to not be coddled because i know I was fully incompetent. $35 for parts to fix my generator.These are good people running this store actually trying to help the community despite having their own needs set aside to help the idiots like me in a small engine shop. ♡♡♡♡
