Today was our first visit to New Hope for a yearly and to address some allergy issues. Brutus is not animal friendly but is cool with people, his continuous bark at everything makes him a very intimidating 70lbs pit pup!! The entire office staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr Simoneaux was very pleasant, he listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to tackle Brutus’s allergies. So far my experience has been great thus the 5 ?
Great place. Been going here since 2014. Love the Doctor and the people. Prices are reasonable. Was there again today 4/21/22. Wouldn't trust my fur baby to anyone else. Special shout out to Dr. "S" and Shiane. 7/5/22 Still love this place. 8/9/23 new location two doors down from the old. Plenty of room and still the place to take your fur babies. 8/25/24 still the best place to go.
My dog had her first appointment today and I was so happy with the whole experience. The entire staff was attentive and friendly with me and my dog. I was glad that they allowed me to be in the room during the appointment because I got to see how gentle and caring they were with my pet. The vet explained things to me very clearly. I am so glad we switched to this Vet clinic. The prices were also fair, in my opinion. I feel now that my dog is in good hands
