“I am updating this review as a testimonial to the companies customer service. The arrival time for the technician was changed and we were not informed until we called at our no later than time. It is the holiday season and I am sure this was a one time oversight. However, when the technician arrived he was very thorough and even took the time to literally walk me through his diagnosis of a suspected leak with the irrigation system. Luckily, there is no leak present, mainly overwatering from our neighbors irrigation in a low lying area on our property seems to be the culprit. A respresentative did reach out to us after the fact and corrected any concerns we had with the arrival time. It is very rare to recieve this level of customer service in todays times. Its good to know that some companies like Shaffers still makes it a priority!“
