However, the music played during their work can sometimes be quite loud, which can be challenging for nearby families, especially those with young children and babies who may be resting during the day.

I completely understand that music can make the workday more enjoyable and I’m not suggesting it be eliminated—just that it might be kept at a more moderate volume.
