After looking for a Dry Cleaner that would turn some suits around for me in a day, I found the LaFrance Dry Cleaner on Cleveland Ave. Fort Myers. I brought the suits in on Thursday. They were to be ready Friday after 4. I was not able to get to the store after 4 before 5 on Friday so I went in Saturday morning to pick them up. I needed the suits for to leave for a business meeting in Europe early today. When I went to the store the young woman could not find all the suit jackets. She could only find the pants. I explained that I needed the whole suits and needed them by the end of the day. She felt she could not help me as she was just covering for someone else at the store. She spoke to Petra, her manager who assured me, through this young woman that She would come into the store by 4 on Saturday and bring the suits to me. I did not have the suits by Saturday evening. After many calls and messages a great deal of stress, Petra went to the store on Sunday and was able to meet meet me that morning with the suit jackets. I know it was in inconvenience for her to come into the store on her day off and a day the store was closed, but she did and I have the suits I need. The whole situation was stressful, but they did come through and get me what I needed.
