They were able to schedule a same day service call. Tyler the service technician called and asked if he could come earlier. Love the communication. Tyler is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. Explained everything that was going on. I was thinking I needed a new AC unit. Its was a simple wiring fix. Very happy!! As a retired business man, I would hire Tyler. Kobie has a good employee!
I called Kobie after I was informed by Pure Air (my ex a/c service company) that my compressor was shot and that repairing would be very expensive and that I should have a new system install. I wanted a 2nd opinion, and called Kobie. Brandon James came out the same afternoon, and determined that it was a simple drain line clog. Brandon fixed the clog free and asked only that I consider becoming a Kobie maint. client. That phone call saved me between $13k and $18k dollars!! That is having your client's best interest at heart!! Of course I am a Kobie Complete Heating & Cooling Inc. maintenance client now.
My A/C stopped because I pinched a wire to the overflow shutoff and overflowed wasn't working. Nolan replaced the overflow shutoff and .. He was here quickly after I called on a Sunday. Will keep them in mind for the future if needed.
