I called Kobie after I was informed by Pure Air (my ex a/c service company) that my compressor was shot and that repairing would be very expensive and that I should have a new system install. The main A/C ceiling return vent was loose and creating a very loud howl. Kobie sent service technician Cory to assess and repair the problem. He immediately identified the issue, then investigated the possible contributor components, and explained what was needed. In short order he repositioned the vent, but recognized that for the very best performance, the vent vanes needed to be reoriented/bent to a straight up position. Without prodding, he voluntarily manually bent nearly 200 vanes to achieve perfect silence. That is exceptional service by an exceptional individual.
