Courteous, prompt, very clean, efficient and is truly concerned for the needs of the customer. From owner down to our weekly maintenance I know the job will be done right the first time. Prices are fair and reasonable.
We needed to have part of our pool equipment replaced under warranty, and the Pentair company had Isles Pool Services come out to do the replacement. Colleen in the office was very nice to work with on scheduling, and we were able to get an appointment right away. Joe, the technician, was prompt, friendly and professional.We had another issue not long afterwards, which turned out to be unrelated to the warranty work. Joe came back out within a day and took great care of us.We will continue to use Isles Pool Services going forward. They are excellent to work with!
Isles Pool Service is the best! We needed our WIFI pool controls repaired at our Punta Gorda vacation home, because we live in Ohio it makes finding a trustworthy contractor very daunting. They were fast and the communication was great. I definitely recommend.
