Anyone who is in the market for a new computer or needs computer help, please consider Geek-a-Byte, LLC (especially if you are a court reporter)!! I recently bought a new computer from Tom. He installed Eclipse, loaded my settings, and made sure my computer had everything on it that I needed before he shipped it to me. Unfortunately, I had a very complicated issue with Eclipse on this computer (audio issues, machine would stop translating, etc.), but Tom was ALWAYS available to help me and didn't stop until the problem was solved. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed my issue remotely and eased my computer anxiety while walking me through each step of the way. I highly recommend Tom to handle any computer issues you may have.
