My closing date was approaching fast and I’d just found out that the company I’d hired to remove the mold in my house didn’t do a good job at all. I called Flo Stop. Within three to four days, the house was mold free. The inspection was passed.
They left the house better than when they first arrived. And the price was more than reasonable. They knew I was desperate and they still charged a very fair price. I hope I’ll never need to use their services again, but if the need arises, they’ll be my first call.
We came to our facility first thing in the morning and found our new roof had leaked badly in the previous nights storm. It was quite a mess and we had no equipment to deal with the problem. We called FloStop and they showed up promptly with sufficient personnel and equipment to clean up the water and left equipment to dry out the facility. Although we didn't require it, it's nice to know they are available 24/7.
I am a realtor and I depend on vendors to help with remediating buyer and seller inspection items. Flostop and their entire staff worked diligently to meet the timelines so the property could close on time. They had a very short window of time and there was a holiday weekend involved. I was totally impressed with their follow through and keeping me apprised of every next step. I highly recommend their services.
