Day of my appointment I had an issue come up that I had to call to change my appointment. CSR worked with me and able to get me later the same day which worked much better.
Dental Hygienist was efficient and explained the process throughout the work up. WELL DONE EVERYONE.
We have always had a good experience with the office. One issue is that they will only use one insurance, if you have 2. Therefore if you have any balance, you must pay upfront and apply for refund from second insurance.
Everyone was very friendly. They welcome you with a smile. Hygenist was very professional and informed me of what he was going to do to my daughter because the appointment was for her but she is special needs and he communicated well and was very knowledgeable.
Made us feel welcomed and I drive an hour to go to this office because we use to go to the one in ft Myers but we were not happy there customer service was lousy there so we don’t mind the drive to go to punta gorda.. the team there are very professional and friendly i recommend this place . I am my daughters guardian and I like the best for her so we were definitely ?
