After trying many other places, Captain Bill's is my new go-to for a haircut! They understand what a flat-too is...FLAT! You'd be amazed at how many people don't understand this. They may say they do but then I'd be stuck fixing it myself later. Do yourself a favor and just go to Captain Bill's!
