Fantastic staff and a veterinarian who CARES! No other vet we have had compares to her skill! Amazing willingness to do what is best for our dear Calee… wish we found her sooner but so grateful to be a client of her and her staff. We drive an hour to visit this practice! Worth every minute to see her. Brie, Nicole and Melinda do everything to make our dog better assisting the best vet ever Dr Bivens! Thank you to ALL of you!!

High quality vet services…… This additional review is for our latest visit yesterday 8/16/24. Our 16 yo child suddenly had fleas for the first time. We’ve never had this problem. My lack of knowledge on what to do caused me to call Bivens. Their quick response and very reasonable cost made a now miserable pet a very happy one. Miss Bivens and staff are compassionate, don’t believe the negative others say. I know they are after going there for five years. Thank you Bivens animal hospital.

Andrea is knowledgeable, attentive, and unlike so many others she actually cares.
One of my dogs had a rough start and still —years later— doesn't fully trust me. But, he let Dr Bivens touch him without fleeing. He hasn't let anybody else do that since. Only her.
Safe to say, she has a way with animals.
In addition, her front office staff and techs are no slouches. Personable, too. Aside from the occasional emergency, appointments are actually for the time set up!
I adore and implicitly trust this woman with my dogs. Words will never be enough to express the depth of my appreciation for her.

First, if I could give 10 stars it would be deserved. Dr. Bivens and the entire staff went above and beyond for my Archie-Mann on his first visit after being sick for 2 1/2 months, ER and other Veternarian visits without success. She expedited his appointment to the internist, making sure internist had all info needed and stayed after hours to complete the appointment. A special thank you to Ashley, Vet Tech for being extra caring.
