This is the third time Bryan has come to our house to service the air conditioner under our contract. He is Always very professional and does a great job. I think about the last air conditioner company that I employed . The repairmen were paid a commission if they sold a new air conditioner. They told me I needed a new AC OVER 3 years ago. I had Birch’s Air come and look at the unit two years ago. DO NOT LISTEN TO REPAIRMEN WHO WORK ON COMMISSION.
We are so grateful to have Birch’s as our HVAC company here in the Punta Gorda area.
Once again, Bryan did a fantastic and thorough job maintaining our system. He always asks if we have any questions or concerns in the beginning of the call and as he is wrapping up. Then he walks us through all he did and how our system is performing overall.
Great service on the phone from the internal staff too!
