Had a minor disagreement over $110 charges for work done. They want to have satisfied customers so even though they thought they were right, they gave me the benefit of the doubt. An HONEST shop that is a pleasure to do business with.
These guys did an amazing job on my 10 year old car after a fender bender crunched my left front quarter panel and bent my drivers side door so much that I couldn't open it. They worked with my insurance adjuster, got the cash they needed to fix my beloved car and was timely in doing so. One would never know it had been in an accident. Rich kept me informed on progress the entire time. I have recommended them to a friend who was also pleased with her repair. I had a bumper and side panel repair to the bed of my 2022 Dodge Ram. The repair is perfect and there is no visible signs of damage to my vehicle.
