February 2025, I decided to hire True Green to maintain my lawn. I accepted the yearly LawnCore, chinch and potash prorated plan service, and they convinced me to add mosquito, flea and tick control treatment. Paying in advance for the prorated yearly (only 10 months) treatment cost me over $1,500. I must notice that I was taking good care of my lawn and it was shown as “healthy” on their first inspection. After two months svc I noticed no improvement in my lawn, matter of fact weeds were improving but grass had shown no difference. When asking why weeds were not disappearing, their response it will take one more month to see the results. Their excuses went from: grass was receiving too much water to, not having enough irrigation, (I run my automatic sprinklers three times a week approx. 35 mins. each zone) and the grass was cut too short, when it was cut at the lawnmower’s higher level. When they wrote the initial quote they charged me base on treating 14,000 square feet, but thru my cameras I noticed they were treating only the front lawn and leaving. I must mention that I paid for a yearly plan that they stopped servicing at the end of October 2025 and in November they sent me a renewal quote totaling over $1,900. Regarding the mosquito service, after month and a half I called them mentioning we were having a big problem with them in our back yard. Their response was that they were coming from our neighbors and they couldn’t control it. Why do they sell a service they can’t control? I had better results treating it myself with a $12 spray once every two months. It was my mistake not to check the horrible reviews they have, so don’t waste your money, you only will get a brown lawn, patchy, overrun with weeds, vague excuses and zero accountability.

I haven't had the chance to have TruGreen Lawn Care to service my business. However I'm glad that I haven't!! As I'm having lunch at McDonalds in Stuart, I overheard one of your TruGreen employees being very disrespectful towards a cashier there.(Cursing) If only he had taken off his uniform shirt I wouldn't have known where he works. Sad that this reputable company would hire someone with no respect. African American guy short in statue with dreadlocks and gold teeth.

They are theists, I signed up for one year ant control (only gave them permission for that one time change) and during that time they had to keep coming out since they couldn't kill the same fire ant pile, So then out of know where I see that they decide to charge my card again THIS IS CALL STEELING! And if it happened to them they would prosecute.
