Our AC stoped working yesterday and wouldn’t you know it was hot again in December (of course!)? Alejandro came quick, diagnosed the problem and even came back the next day on Saturday, his day off, to fix our issue. Thank goodness for this crew!

What a great experience I have had working with True Temp! During the recent purchase of my home, my home inspector pointed out holes in the ductwork. Knowing it was original to the house I decided to replace it all. From Edwin’s initial visit to my home, and my many phone conversations with Kimberly (who kept me updated on the status of the permit), and then the actual removal of the old duct and installation of new by Arva and Alejandro, I am totally satisfied with the end result. Had the pleasure of having Edwin visit my home after receiving a recommendation from one of our former contractors. Thank goodness he did. Previous vendor advised replacing the compressor or the entire system. Edwin found a bad cap and clogged drain line. Needless to say, saved me thousands of dollars. Edwin will always be our first call now. I recommend you do the same!
