I would like to thank Synergy Homes for building my family and I a quality home in a very fast time. I would also like to single out Gwen who make all my visits to the model home a very pleasant experience. Talking with Gwen and letting her know the kind of experience I was looking forward to in our new home, she pointed us to a lot that turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We have now been living in our new Synergy Home Ibis model with a covered porch for almost 90 days. We placed our deposit on a home in Port St Lucie that had already started to be built but didn't have a reservation yet. While we didn't get to pick the model, we couldn't be happier with what we selected. We did however get to completely modify the inside to our liking and was able to add any upgrades/change orders that we needed. The entire process from start to finish for us was about 5 months.
