I went to St. Lucie vision center( 10077 S US Highway1) recently because I needed a referral to go to an opthamologist. I was greeted by a tech by the name of Shannon who proceeded to name all the degrees that she had. Within 5:minutes my gut feeling was telling me to leave as her behavior was unprofessional & bizarre. She never washed her hands & she picked up her cell a few times when she received texts that she didn't answer. I have macular degeneration & cataracts, but one of the things that blew my mind was when she told me that I had SENILE macular degeneration. That is not a typo. I went here and after an hour of nothing I had made the right executive decision to leave this establishment. I did not listen to the reviews, I just went out on a limb here but the reviews are 100% accurate about the service. Wasted my entire day, but in this society this means nothing. If you’re reading this review Today is 01/29/2024. This is the last time I ignore google reviews. I get sorry for the people there but I wanted them to make their own decision about their experience.

Terrible customer service they don’t answer the phone they don’t care about customer just because I arrived 5 minutes later they told me to re schedule my appointment I will said to people staying away from this bad vibe place
