The worse customer service in town. They just handed me my glasses in a plastic bag without even a case or trying them on after waiting for weeks. When I called her on it she gave me a business card and said here read this to see if the glasses were ok. I actually had to laugh at the poor service. Never again.

I had my eye exam and the Dr was very nice andprofessional. After my exam I started to look for frames and found a pair I liked. After sitting down with one of the female staff members she told me that my lenses would cost 150$, I told her that I could not attord that much tor lenses at this time. I was not given any other option of lenses. After driving home I contacted my insurance company and was told that my lenses were only supposed to be 25$. I called the store and spoke to the same female staff member and tried to have her explain to me why I was being charged 150$ for lenses and she told me it was because they were anti-glare lenses which she never told me in...read full review

Wonderful; top notch service and attention. Chris, shaquitta, and Dr. Javier was amazing. First let me say they are located inside the mall across from Old Navy. My map quest had me going to the rooms to go off of US1, but no it’s inside the mall. The took my VSP insurance and I can’t wait for my new glasses to come in. Ouuuu they have this machine where you do NOT have to go through eye dilation, which is so much better for people like myself where eye drops or contacts are impossible to use on me.
