Misleading Sign The sign says “Wash and Fold” with a list underneath—including linen. But when I asked, they said they don’t do wash and fold . The sign should be clearer about what services are actually offered.

I'm still waiting 3 days after my pick up date on receipt. One pair of pants I dropped off 9 days ago needing a new zipper. Would not recommend.

I’m From out of town and had a pair of men’s slacks and a long sleeve polo to dry clean, terrible services , my clothes we pressed but still dirty, slight stained the employee was rude not understanding, wouldn’t look at clothes to even acknowledge they were still dirty, as if it’s not her concern or responsibility already after even prepaying! wouldn’t tell me who she was , and no way to contact management,?? Hmm fishy? Terrible business not sure how people could be satisfied with the his crappy store. Waste of 21$

I am so very impressed with how this business is run. Besides the women running the cleaners are friendly, polite and courteous, they are also very customer focused to keep their customers satisfied. They go above and beyond!! Keep in mind, I rarely use the cleaners since all dress clothes are no longer needed, so the experience I had was how their customers are regularly treated. I went to the cleaners to have a button re-attached to my golf shorts, it was loose and hanging in need of a repair. When I asked the woman at the counter, she immediately said sure, we can do that for you. She proceeded to take my shorts to her work area and personally removed and re-attached the button, better than new. I am ready to pay and she says this is a courtesy I am doing for you, so no charge. I realize it didn't take very long, but still took 5 or 10 minutes of her labor since she did this by hand, I could see to the work area. She insisted no charge as I kept asking to pay her, she even refused allowing me to buy lunch for her and her co-worker. I am truly wowed at the courtesy she provided, and there is no other cleaners I would ever consider using after this experience. This cleaners in Cashmere Corner is a First Class operation with genuinely nice people working there. Great job, you have won over a customer for life. Thank you again!!!

Too expensive to get a dress alter just shorten. $ 50.00 went back left it too long . She was not there when i picked it up. Went back and wanted to charge me again. Between the Alteration and 25.00 to press. Total 75.00 cost more than the dress. I would not recommend this place. Not the lady that does Alteration. Just the charges for Alteration. I had 3 dresses. Just did two. Lost a customer. I used to go by the one next to publix n nails place in st lucie west but they closed. Going to try another place.
