I live in Port St Lucie and am so thankful to Fort Lauderdale Roto-Rooter for sending someone from their office, nearly 100 miles away, on the Fourth of July. I had an outdoor leak that was flooding my yard and I had no idea where it was coming from or how much water ($$) I was losing every minute.
They sent Julian to help me out (nearly two hours drive time) WHAT a nice man. He was very patient and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the issue and my options for resolving the problem. He was kind, personable, professional and put me at ease right away. He did a fabulous job fixing the leak and I felt that the cost was reasonable.

Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He arrived within an hour of my call and got our clogged drain pipe cleared out promptly. He was very courteous and made sure to leave our home as clean as he found it. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely call them again if we have any drainage issues in the future.
My tech, Malcolm, was very helpful, polite, and explained everything to me where I could understand. Very clean install, was able to get everything done without me going to Home Depot for any extra supplies. Got my water heater up and running!
