The salon's stylists, including Kelly, Mia, Lynn, and Danny, provide wonderful work, particularly catering to special needs clients. The establishment is clean and professional, with most staff members being courteous and friendly. However, one young staff member has been reported to be rude, which may affect the overall experience. Despite this, Red Nails is a popular choice and has loyal customers.
Was there today with Lin, she is great, friendly, thorough, and the price is reasonable. She is my new go to after a bad experience with another nasty technician who thankfully is not there anymore.
I am very pleased with this shop, there is always open availability, the best prices salon in the area and customer service is nice too! It’s close by and I wish I would have found it sooner.
Stylist: My daughter sees Kelly and I see Mia! My husband loves Lynn and of course we can’t forget Danny. They are wonderful and do such great work. My daughter is special needs and they take such good care of her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Red Nail! We are customers for life!
