I had an excellent experience dealing with the staff at PGA village Varano. I have looked into many areas in Flordia and vied many homes. The homes at PHA village were very impressive and the upgrades they offered were exactly what I was looking for in a house. The sales person Annette Beatrice I dealt with was very professional and very easy to deal with. She was not pushy and very knowledgeable with all aspects of the sales. She also showed a lot of concern regarding the questions and needs I had and was and very eager to work with me.

The Design Center was a Blast making it your own custom build . My wife and I went with The Lila and absolutely love it .
They have a Stellar Warranty Department.
Any questions we had Ray and his team that consist of Dominque , Hannah and Melanie were able and ready on a moments notice . We have been here 6 and Absolutely love our decision .

We recently visited the model homes by Kolter Homes and were extremely impressed. The attention to detail throughout the homes was outstanding, and the floorplan efficiency truly stood out to us. Every space felt thoughtfully designed and functional.
Although our visit was brief, it didn’t take long to see ourselves building our future home in this beautiful community. Simply driving through the neighborhood gave us a great feel for the area, and we loved what we saw.
