“My poor dog was a mess with her “mom cut”. I have a long hair dachshund and she was getting matted fur. Finally I found Jen’s Grooming. Both Jen and Nicole were super friendly. Nicole was going to be cutting my sweet Desi. I told her to take her hair as short as she could. When I came to pick Desi up she looked amazing. She was so happy. She had her nails clipped and her haircut looked beautiful. I will be bringing my mom’s dogs in soon just to get their nails clipped. I will continue to bring my Desi for her spa day. She loved it.“

“My aunt take our fury family for the hair groomy a couple times a month. Our pups are older and need special attention.. they really do take great care of the fury family. Not to sure about the price.. but 2 med. Size dogs cost and 150 plus tip.. I do know I'm that a full grooming vs a touch up is a price difference.. more you go to keep up with it it a little cheaper vs letting it get out of control.. the pups look forward and always come out looking really adorable and happy!! Also there is no waiting room or inside office to sit in wait.. they bring the dogs to the door.. just a heads up.. ohh also they give the pups a really cute and fancy collar piece.. different every time and changes for the seasons!hope this helps anyone looking for a trustworthy place for this kind of service! “Dawn gets back to you quickly and does excellent with my 8yr old chi mix. My Dad said she happily went with Dawn and she is sometimes weary of people. This is the 3rd or 4th time she has groomed my girl. Only wish she was open later so I could meet her! My parents are retired and have my Lady during the day. I’ve always had a mobile groomer but they have taken a while to get back to me and come. Dawn responds fast and has been able to get me in soon. Just moved from NJ in February and Lady isn’t used to the heat and is black, Dawn came to groom Lady within two days. Good experience.“

“My fur nibbling (a Great Pyrenees) got into a retention pond and came out looking like someone had lowered him half into a vat of tar. After getting washed once by my cousin, he still was a mess and we went on a focused search for a groomer. Other groomers in the area were either not open or wouldn't take a dog his size... Which ended up working out for us because Fancy Paws got him in and did WONDERS! My cousin (dog parent) said the entire staff was amazing and treated doggo so well!! They had to give him like three baths and trim away some of the super duper stuck on bits... But he came back looking INCREDIBLE!! (Plus he smelled great.) Thank you Fancy Paws for getting us in and for getting the retention pond out of the pup!“

“After a bad experience with Petsmart I tried Bubbles, and we absolutely love it for our mini goldendoodle Kane. They do a great job with an energetic puppy. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.“

“UpdateThank you to Penny, Kyra, and B&C Team for taking my pup in today to trim her hair shorter. My requests for the shorter cut around her face, ears, and feet and the feedback from the groomer helped me understand the final look and outcome. My pup's anxiety during the groom session was also helpful to witness so I can determine the best options to keep her calm and less stressed as well as make things easier and more efficient for the groomer during a trim appointment. Thanks again to this team to accommodate my original groom request. You are a friendly, hardworking team and I appreciate your care of my pup.OriginalSo I had taken my Morkie to a private groomer and she didn't quite get the short cut I wanted on my pup's head, face, and legs. I waited about 3 weeks and was referred to Bubbles & Cuddles. I explained to the owner, Amber, the service I wanted and at the time she quoted me $65. I thought this was a bit high since my pup's body had been well groomed only a few weeks earlier but was willing to pay it if I got the head, face, and leg trim I wanted.I arrived about 8min late to my appt and immediately apologized. I'm afraid I'm not used to seasonal FL traffic. It appeared they were not grooming any dogs when we got there but were talking with a customer and his dog who left a few minutes later. It wasn't until later that evening that I received their text asking me to come a half-hour earlier than scheduled.I explained how the prior groomer had missed doing the shorter cut I requested and how the knots behind my pup's ears were neither brushed out or trimmed. I felt I explained the shorter cut I wanted very clearly. They may have mentioned that the cost for this groom would be higher but I do not recall and they definitely did not tell me a specific amount.So they took my pup off for a bath and I left to run some errands. When they called me that she was ready to be picked up I was on my final errand which took longer than expected. I got to the Spa as they were getting ready to close. When I looked at my pup I mentioned to the employee that I did want the head, ears, and even the legs trimmed much shorter than they were. The look they gave her may be a standard trim for her breed but I prefer the groom to last longer and for her to have the shorter cut. In any case, it was not as short as I requested. I was told to call back the next morning to discuss. Then I was told the charge was $80. When I asked why it was not the $65 I was originally quoted, I was told that amount only covered certain services and, though I could not tell where, they did more to trim her overall. To add insult to injury, I gave a $10 tip which I can ill afford at this time.I was not able to call back first thing the next morning but did call around noon the next day and left a message for the owner to call me when it was convenient for her so I could discuss my concerns. I never received a call back, or a text. I find this to be a strange way to do business.Lesson learned; be extremely specific, ask for the cost prior to any work commencing, return early enough to ensure service is satisfactory, pay and tip accordingly--not just because I feel like I am obligated to provide a tip.“
