I was getting a second opinion on a roof repair, so I called PDK Roofing and explained my situation. Another company had already come out and told me I needed a $1,500 repair, but something didn’t sit right with me, so I wanted to be sure.
While I was on the phone with Dee, I also shared what’s been going on in my life—my wife was just recently diagnosed with leukemia, and we’re preparing to sell our home. I told him I needed to make sure the leak was properly found and fixed so the next homeowner wouldn’t have to deal with it. I’m just trying to do the right thing.

10 stars in my estimation. We had a horrible experience with a roofer out of Miami back in the days of Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne so I was apprehensive when we hired PDK. Talk about a pleasant, seamless and professional experience! Total time involved from the date of tear off, then required city inspections, then installing our new metal roof was 10 days. Dee, Paul and everyone we dealt with was responsive and knowledgeable and on the job site almost all the time. At the end of each day, the yard was cleaned up and the final outcome is beautiful. Plus, they found a confounding small leak over our pool deck that no one could ever figure out where it came from.... read full review
