Disgusted is not the word. They’ll treat you like royalty your first visit then they try to upsell you. I bought a probiotic from them and then found the same probiotic at the store for less money (I paid 72.72 and at the store it was half the price). The front desk was very dismissive stating that they don’t accept returns even with a receipt and the product costs more at their office because they don’t purchase in big quantities. The receipt states no where that refunds are not accepted. I asked for a manager and she gave me a sob excuse that she was assisting some else.

If Amy at the front desk ever leaves, I'm following her :) If a vet isn't available to speak with, she's the next best thing and is always helpful! All the vets there are good. They each bring something a little different to the table, so I never request a particular one; it's just whomever happens to be there on that particular day! Thank you, all :)

Truly a fabulous Vetinary clinic. They diagnosed our Great Dane first visit. Went to a clinic in NC and they put her on a medicine that didn’t do anything. This clinic immediately knew what she should be on.

I had to put down one of my kitties and the veterinarian was very kind & professional. The front desk, Not so much but they weren't horrible. The price of the euthanization & cremation were well priced & they were quick. I will definitely be returning to them.

My boxer was having issues. Called in the morning. Ashley answered the phone and was so nice. Set up a same day appointment. Met with Dr Carell, and he showed nothing but love and car for my dog. Wasn't trying to push unnecessary steps for his situation. Went above and beyond for my big guy.
