I called before going and the lady asked what I wanted. I said very slowly and as clear as possible I needed a pedicure, my old set taken off and needed a new full set. She says ok come in in. I get there and she starts, I show her a pic of what a I wanted and she started rushing to remove my old set. She passes me off to a man and he seemed annoyed. He and the other lady seemed to have had an argument about the situation and made me feel very uncomfortable.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I got my first ever Brazilian wax and was quoted $45 over the phone. When I arrived she said it would be $60-$65. I let her know I would pay max $50. A Brazilian wax is supposed to include your behind as well and she said that would be more money. I also waited 15 minutes after my appointment time and while I was in the room undressed waiting for her to come back in, she went to touch up a customers nails and was having conversation after keeping me waiting to even get into the room (camera screen was in the wax room for me to see this). The wax itself was fine except for the fact that she didn’t do my behind and when she was done she didn’t even give me privacy to check myself out or dress myself again. She wouldn’t apply any pressure after pulling the wax which I also noticed. I don’t think I will be coming back for here for a wax and maybe her nail services are good but it’s a no go for the waxing for me. I’m not happy with my very first experience and I hope whatever other waxing studio I go to next will make up for a negative first experience.Service: Brazilian wax

I've been going to Kristine for nails and waxing. She does an amazing job, goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Top of the line customer service. I wouldn't even go anywhere else here in PSL.

I recently moved to Port St. Lucie and was looking for a new nail salon. Based on the reviews, I chose to give this nail salon a try. I am so glad that I did! Tony is amazing!! I let him choose my nail designs and I have never been disappointed. My nails never lift and that is unheard of for me. Definitely recommend!!

Walk ins welcome. Spoke to the man at the front about black tips. He said they paint them on and I said no I want the actual black tips, like the white tips. He said yes we have them and it would be a little bit. Sat waiting for 35 minutes just to find out they don’t.

I was very impressed with the service. The staff was very friendly and Kristine was super nice and best of all she didn't rush my service. I have been to many places in port st lucie since moving here from Orlando and I wasn't pleased with the rush job many salon did. Kristine won a customer in me..Thank God, finally someone who knows how to service her client??...Services: Manicures

I have been coming here for years and I am always happy. They go above and beyond. I see Frank for my dip manicure and he does an amazing job. He is the only person I have found to shape my nails how I want them.
