Had a required AC check on a AC unit. Technician was thorough very competent and took his time. While doing the check he opened a valve or 2 and some refrigerant ( freon) escaped this while attaching a meter and while removing it. He said it’s insignificant and nothing needs to be done. Im a little disturbed and annoyed by this, obviously the unit now has less refrigerant then what was originally installed to the proper poundage. I would have liked the refrigerant to be toped off to original specs. All in all this company delivers excellent service with knowledgeable technicians. Besides the above I'm satisfied.
This service was for the 6 month maintenance for AC. Kevin, the AC tech did a thorough inspection and made me aware of any issues. He shared his findings and explained the results. Overall, great experience and would recommend their services!
