This review is updated. I left a one star review before because I was being completely ignored by the company regarding a problem with a water heater they installed. They got in touch with me right away. I feel badly that it came to that, but it did result in me being contacted by the owner and he sent his brother out to deal with the problem. Couple of good guys working with an administration that is either incompetent or lazy. Maybe both! Anyway, thanks Joe and Jim.

I had a 911 situation with mother’s kitchen sink drainage. I live in Tampa and my mom in Port Saint Lucie and Kara the receptions was very nice and communication was beyond what I imagined. She was AWESOME!! And the worker Todd or Tod was so awesome as well. Took care of the job and communicated with me from step to step. I’m so satisfied and no longer worried about my mom and her kitchen sink is draining properly now. Definitely will recommend Peerless Plumbing and Drain Services to anyone needing any work on your plumbing.
