This is the worst insurance company I've ever had. I didn't choose them, My mortgage company did.Lauren, that's in charge of my policy, FORGOT to cancel the policy that SHE said her company wasn't using anymore so my mortgage company paid out 2 different insurance companies, which means IM OUT 1300$. This company, since it was HER MISTAKE, should have given me the money back and waited for the return from over payment. It has been 10 days, and there has been no response from her or ANYONE about my money. I had to call the American Integrity Insurance company and find out what was going on because Lauren definitely didn't follow up with me and just left me hanging. Lauren is a completely worthless insurance adjuster.If I were you, I wouldn't use Lauren or this company for your insurance.  She dropped the ball more than once and NEVER apologized for having me pay 2 homeowners insurance policies this year.
