Highly recommend! Martin and team are great at what they do and they care about the customers. We’ve used them for years and wouldn’t use anyone else. From scheduling to service, their execution and communication is excellent. We even had an emergency on Thanksgiving and they came out same day. From HVAC to plumbing they are an excellent company.
Erik is awesome! He identified exactly what we needed to pass a homeowners insurance inspection. He is skilled, shows a high level of professionalism, communicates well, and is upbeat. Thank you, Erik!
Derrick was the tech who visited us to fix the A/C. He was very professional from wearing shoe protectors so that dirt from the outside would not come in the house to assessing the situation and explaining what needed to be done and the cost and timing. He answered all of my questions and did a great job. I definitely recommend I Need The Plumber as well as Derrick!
