I have owned my home since 2004. Over the years Mr. Hedden helped me with a number of plumbing issues including replacing hot water heaters as needed. Well I want to start by saying I reached out to A.O SMITH customer service they gave me IRVIN P HEDDEN JR contact info for a warranty issue with my water heater. Irvin the owner of HEDDEN plumbing answered my call right away also spent 35 mins on the phone with me performing a couple simple tests like slab leak test etc. after getting off the phone with him got an appointment on NEW YEARS EVE. He came to my home showed up early replaced my thermostat and upper heating element. Was not happy or satisfied until I had constant hot water. Definitely recommend this company for any plumbing or water heater needs.
The job was supposed to be a simple removal and replacement of an Aquasana whole house water filter system. It actually turned out to be a very complex and challenging retrofit with hard-to-find specialized fittings. Most plumbers would probably have abandoned the job and left the customer in limbo. Hedden Plumbing doggedly stayed on the job and brought it to a very successful and well crafted solution. Job well done!
