I am very pleased with First Choice Plus Plumbing, they quickly responded & same day service. VINCENT BOURQUE was my technician, this would have been the 2nd time he did plumbing work at my house. He had changed an O-Ring on my toilet bowl, no more leak, efficient, no mess & put a nice caulking around my toilet bowl. I must say the PRICE was REASONABLE. Phenomenal - Weird word to use for an emergency plumbing situation- I know … But First Choice answered on the first ring and got someone out immediately. Michael arrived and we certainly benefited from his expertise. He answered our questions and explained our options thoroughly. He was personable and efficient; plus and most importantly - I felt we paid a fair price for quality work - that’s important. We will continue to be First Choice customers when the unfortunate circumstances arise.
