I've been going to Delo medical for 3 years. I always expect to be in office for an hour, for a regular visit. My last visit was over 2 hours for a simple physical.the wait in the lobby wad over 45 min. ( as they ask you to be 20 min early, I was. This added to my wait time)I'm waiting in the exam room, and was seen within 20 min. It took another 15 min till the NP came in. She was wonderful. But the professionalism of her co-workers was lacking. Three times she was interrupted by assistants, urgently needing info for another co- worker, who was yelling questions for the assistant to relay, outside the exam room door.Granted, this has never happened before...it should...read full review
I have been going to this practice for over 10 years, and all of the staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Dr. Delo and Dr. Sue are exceptional!! I especially appreciate the time that they take to listen and diagnose you. Dr. Delo and her staff are the best around. The bitter people leaving the negative reviews are most likely impatient..be considerate, because they take the time to care for each patient. Hats off to Delo Medical and Your Staff! :-)
