We had to have new duct work for our AC unit. Both Dave and Tim really seemed to be quite knowledgeable. I wish Zac had told me about the $ 99.00 so we could have saved 10 percent off our bill as we are both over the age of seventy and our incomes are social security. I would highly recommend your services to anyone. We are very pleased with the service we received.
Today I needed service for my air conditioner and Gregg showed up to save the day. Gregg reached my home in about a half an hour. When I was expecting it to take him longer. Gregg evaluated my air system and had me back with cool air in no time. He also gave me information about replacing my system as that will have to be in the near future. I appreciate clean air company bc the have knowledgeable technicians and the service is quick and somewhat affordable as they do have financing as an option. Thank you Gregg and clean air.
When I returned home from vacation, the master bedroom a/c was not working. I called them at 5 p.m., and they arrived at 9 a.m. the next day to address the issue—a very customer-focused company. Gregg Robinson, the service tech, explained the issue and effectively resolved it. He left the area clean and neat.
