My gaming pc stopped working all of a sudden so I called CA Computer Tech, and right away I was able to drop off my gaming pc. Within an hour he figured out the problem and sent me a link of where to get the part and how much it would be. Got my gaming pc back in less than 48 hours. Very professional and explained everything to me. He moved my fans to a better spot for me and the cable management was even better. Would highly recommend.
My laptop recently ran into an issue with it not charging, and Charles was able to fix it in no time! Charles took my phone call this morning pretty early and answered some questions about an old laptop in regards to putting together golf simulator. I really appreciate him taking the time to give me his professional advice and sway me in the direction of a desktop versus a laptop for a simulator projection.
