Dave was pretty rude and unprofessional. I recently had a rat issue and hired Bug Off to fix it. Once we met Dave, my family and I were extremely uncomfortable due to his harsh demeanor. We would have cancelled the service but were too uncomfortable to. The service also was ineffective, as the rats returned about a week later.

When we moved to PSL from NJ we thought we could handle our pest control with store bought products. And then the ANTS came! I was powerless against their numbers. Dave showed up with a plan and ever since then if I see any BUG, he takes care of the problem quickly. He is always pleasant and responds promptly. I recommend Dave at Bug Off to everyone I know.
