If you’re looking for a great boxing gym with great coaching this is the gym for you. I tried it when they had a special to try for a month and decided to stay. It’s great for all beginners or advanced. This gym makes you feel welcome everytime you show up. No egos here just a great groups of guys and girls learning. It’s also a great gym if you’re just trying to get into shape as there is a lot of workout included along with the fundamentals of boxing. I started training sambo about 3 months ago and I love it. When I started everyone made me felt at home and welcomed. Coach lucas is a great coach and makes sure everyone understands and comfortable. The gym is always clean and squared away. You will not regret joining this gym, ive built many connections with my teammates and is a great gym to train.
My son attends the boxing classes here with Coach Lucas and I have noticed such a huge positive impact with him. He’s tried two other gyms before Brazilian Vale Tudo, they made him feel welcomed and have worked hard with him since day one. We were worried how he would do when he first started, but we’re absolutely happy with the results he’s had here with the team! Excited to see him build his boxing skills here and hopefully he’ll transition into the other classes in the future.
