After realizing I never received my digital copies of my boys baseball photos, I went to the website. I found a number to text to and within less 20 minutes I received a response, along with my link to my photos, and an apology (which wasn’t needed, but appreciated). Photos are clear and my boys look flawless! Thank you!
My daughter got her soccer pictures taken, received them in the mail and there was a small mistake on it, contacted them and they helped me in a professional quick matter! customer service 10⭐️
Had a great experience with BCI taking my son’s soccer photos at the PSL Hurricanes and highly recommend Brad and his team. They were very quick to get us in and Brad was very nice to talk to after. Much better then other companies we’ve had take our son’s soccer photos in the past.
