Jojo is amazing in every way!!! Not only did she do my nails beautifully, she was kind and considerate! The RECEPTIONIST was not so nice. Not sure if she is the owner, but the way she spoke to the nail techs made me think she was the boss. The way she spoke to me, she did not make me feel like my business was appreciated, with her short, and impatient attitude.
Amazing service.
My daughter and I had just come from a nail salon in the plaza across the street where we had received horrible customer service from the girl at the front desk and the owner. Today is Mother's day eve so it looked supper busy! They were able to fit us in right away as walk in's. Since we had just had a terrible customer service experience I was very mindful of their front desk staff and their employees.

I love coming to Bella Lani! The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. Lisa is my go-to — she always knows exactly what I want without me even having to say a word.
