Our family has now worked with this Aycock location twice. First, in 2019 for my brother, and now in 2026 for my mother. Both times the staff showed such compassion and patience, as we navigated these difficult times.
Both services were beautiful, beyond even our expectations, and the staff communicated with us through the entire process, even calling after the services to be sure we were satisfied with the outcome. They made sure we had all of the documents we needed, not only death certificates, but also cremation certificates so that we could inurn our loved ones properly.
My most sincere thanks to all of the staff at Aycock at Tradition, including but not limited to - Eric, Cindy, Peter, and Robert.

We had wonderful experience with the funeral home in Tradition. From the moment we walked in, the staff was compassionate, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They did an exceptional job honoring and representing my father it meant so much to our family.
The service itself was beautiful and thoughtfully arranged. The way everything was decorated felt personal and perfectly suited to who my father was. It was clear that great care and intention went into every aspect.
The facility is clean, modern, and very welcoming. There is plenty of space for family and guests, and the natural light from the windows, combined with the overall lighting, created a comforting atmosphere that put us at ease during a difficult time.
A special thank you to Tabitha, the funeral director, who helped guide us through the entire process. We felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process, and I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism she showed to our family.

Brandon Welz was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and explained the program so well. He made the experience of choosing the right plan very comforting. My son and I actually enjoyed our meeting. I felt like we had always known each other, and I found out that my husband and Brandon have the same birthday.
