I have been a patient at Advance Eye Center for some time, but the customer service has progressively worsened. Phone calls routinely go unanswered, and promised callbacks never happen.
On Thursday, January 29th, I requested that the owner contact me directly. That request was ignored. At one point, I was physically outside the office while calling and observed the receptionist ignoring incoming calls.
During my follow-up visit, when I asked why I had not received a call back, the receptionist smirked and dismissively stated, “Well, she’s over there,” rather than addressing the concern professionally.
When I finally spoke with the owner, the interaction felt insincere and dismissive, with excuses offered instead of accountability. To make matters worse, at the end of my visit, I was refused further care and told it was due to a billing issue that had never been clearly communicated to me prior to my previous visit.
Being denied care after raising legitimate concerns, without transparency or prior notice, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Patients deserve respect, communication, and honesty—none of which were demonstrated during this experience.

I highly recommend this facility for its exemplary service, characterized by thoroughness, kindness, and professionalism from both the staff and the doctor. Their personable nature and willingness to engage in open communication made it easy to pose any questions I had. They demonstrated exceptional patience and understanding in addressing my child's needs, especially when she felt apprehensive about receiving eye drops and that contributed to make a more positive experience throughout the appointment. Furthermore, they communicated clearly regarding options for glasses, pricing for additional services, and were prompt in their follow-up when our order was ready. Thank you again!

I went in for my visit and was diagnosed with mites on my eyelashes I was given expired medication by just a month but still expired I followed directions but my eye continued to get worse to the point I woke up and couldn’t open my eye . I went to another eye Dr and he said I didn’t have mites on my eyelashes I had an eye infection, I contacted this office who misdiagnosed me nobody would call me back, ignored my calls. Wouldn’t address me (called almost 2 months)let alone offer me my money back. Btw it was a lady Dr.

I have been to two different eye doctors in the past two years who could never figure out the proper prescription for me. I tried Advanced Eye Care Center and finally have glasses and contacts that work! The doctor was amazing too!

These people are completely ? in the wrong field. I had to go back three times to have them check mi eyes glasses prescription because they couldn’t make it right from the start and every single time I went back they changed my vision and eyes glasses prescription … after 3 months later ? prescription still not straight up. Save your time and money and go to a real professional eye examination center. The staff at the desks working on your glasses and selling the lenses aren’t competitive either, they show lack of respect and patience to customers. These place cost me time and money. ???. Will try to go back for the 4th time to see if they can accept to assume responsibility and made it right or to reimburse me ? of the money they took from me. If they can’t do it righ they shouldn’t take peoples money.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent appointment at Dr. Olivo's clinic, the Advance Eye Care Center situated on Port St. Lucie Boulevard. While Dr. Olivo's medical expertise remains commendable, I feel compelled to address a concerning experience encountered with a member of the front desk staff, particularly within the glasses department. During my visit, while seeking guidance on eyewear selections and discussing contact lenses, I encountered a staff member who exhibited impatience and displayed discourteous behavior. Her demeanor, characterized by dismissive body language, conveyed a lack of willingness to assist. My intent was simply to gain clarity on the payment process, a matter of importance considering my collaborative approach to financial decisions with my spouse. Despite my appreciation for Dr. Olivo's professionalism, I am hopeful that the clinic management will take appropriate measures to address and rectify the conduct of the staff member in question. As a result of this experience, regrettably, my family and I have decided not to return to this clinic. It is my sincere belief that fostering a welcoming and respectful environment for all patients is paramount to the success and reputation of any medical establishment.
