When AC Advantage installed my new AC unit in April this year, I was happy to rate their Knowlege and professionalism 5 stars. Now, 5 months later, I had an issue. AC Advantage responded the same day and found a clogged drain line. The tech quickly clear and cleaned it. As I was due for scheduled maintenance next month (no charge) he did a full inspection and service. After 3 full months of hot weather, my electric bill would have been $350-$450 with the new Allied unit $235-$258. I am happy to confidently recommend the AC Advantage team and allied AC units.
My York System was installed by another company that is no longer a York dealer.A/C Advantage stepped up to the plate to take care of my warranty issue. The tech Ken was incredible as was the young man he was training.....He can learn alot from this guy...from work ethics,work quality and dealing with customers...these 2 are the dream team.....The office crew were just as helpful thank you Jenny......save yourselves headaches folks these people are the real deal.Thanks Ken Paton
