Rusty’s came highly recommended, and now I see exactly why. Their response time was on point, communication was solid, and they handled everything like true professionals. And that’s coming from someone who owns HVAC companies(I’m in Northeast, Fl) so yeah, I don’t throw compliments around like free Freon in 1998.
It’s not easy for me to pick up the phone and call another AC company, because let’s be honest… we’re all a little judgmental in this trade. But these guys made it easy. No nonsense, no runaround, just straight-up good service.
If I’ve got something going on out that way again, they’re the first call I’m making. Highly recommended.
We purchased a unit in Barrier Dunes and had Rusty check it over and perform routine maintenance. Though the unit was old and I was inclined to replace it, Rusty advised that it had some life left in it and I should continue to run it and that if it fails he can have a new unit installed in a couple of days since these are stocked.
Well, it did fail six months later but Rusty came through with the new system installation in two days. Rusty is a straight shooter, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. We are very happy with Rusty and the home office - top notch, 5-star without hesitation.
These guys are AMAZING-always extremely helpful on phone-very fast to respond-Rusty and his son are what any one would hope for when the AC cuts out-especially in the Florida summer and 5 stars are not enough. Other companies would do well to be like them.
