We chose Aimee for our family vacation beach pictures. She was very easy to work with. She had great communication and was punctual. She was able to capture all the photos we wanted with our family of 9 and they turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend her!

Rusty’s came highly recommended, and now I see exactly why. Their response time was on point, communication was solid, and they handled everything like true professionals. And that’s coming from someone who owns HVAC companies(I’m in Northeast, Fl) so yeah, I don’t throw compliments around like free Freon in 1998.
It’s not easy for me to pick up the phone and call another AC company, because let’s be honest… we’re all a little judgmental in this trade. But these guys made it easy. No nonsense, no runaround, just straight-up good service.

Buddy came our today to help with rodent control. He was very thorough and shared his knowledge of things to do at home to control rodents, outside of the baiting and traps, as he worked. In addition he checked bait traps that were in attic and outside and discovered they were empty so filled them. He is a true asset to your company!!

He went above and beyond to help ensure my elderly parents didn’t go without air conditioning any longer than absolutely necessary. They needed a whole new system and in less than a full 24!hrs. he had installed and had them cooling the next day and Gave them the best price around. Positive experience from the first phone call. Wes recognized the importance of checking out my property ASAP after a smoke detector alarmed but no fire present. My daughter had her heart set on beachy nails for vacation, but we had to cancel her appointment before we headed south due to an emergency. Abby worked us in and made my daughter very, very happy!

What a lovely shop, showcasing local art. It appears there is something for everyone. I have also ordered from the store, and I have been quite pleased.
I will recommend McLeod and Thompson 1000x. I had a big and very complicated case.. leaving me so stressed and nervous with my medical bills. When I tell you, Theda & Mr. Thompson made me feel so assured and lifted so much weight off of my shoulders. Theda went out of her way to deal with stubborn and complicated doctors and offices, and regardless of how stressful it was, she always made me feel calm, stress free, and didn’t give up on dealing with them. Theda responded back to emails and phone calls extremely quickly and never left me wondering what’s going on or the next step. Mr. Thompson got me an outcome that I could only be more than happy with. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, they will be the first and only ones I ever come to.

Very busy and takes some time getting through to your actual lawyer. MrsHoover is great though so I don't mind having to go through her. She always takes time to explain things to me and makes sure I understand whats going on with my case. Other then that I can't think of a good thing to say about the rest of them.
I brought my 10 day old kitten because it had an eye infection. They squeezed me in, even though they were backed up by 2 weeks, they were super nice, super helpful, and they even helped me with the matted fur on the mama kitty. I 10/10 recommend going there!
Highly recommend!! I love that this is a local small business. I have an Airbnb in Port St Joe with cast iron pipes that kept clogging. Chris gave me a quote and I told him to go ahead and replace it. It took a month for them to do the job. I had to call him at 8:00 on a Friday evening because my guests said it was clogged. Chris answered the phone on the 1st ring and was there in 15 min!! I expected to leave a message and wait for a call back. This is great customer service! He didn't charge me for the service call because they had not been out there to fix the issue. I am a loyal customer now! I believe in supporting local businesses because I am also a small business owner.
As a visitor desperately needing a hair cut, I was fortunate to secure an appointment with Jasmine. She did such an excellent job! and is delightful. She listened, offered smart suggestions and really cares about providing a favorable experience. I am happy to highly recommend her.

We took Allisyn Hartough’s Functional Fitness class on Monday and Friday this week while vacationing in Port St. Joe. Super glad we did! She’s a great trainer with a lot of knowledge, experience and energy. She made the class fun and it went by quick. If you’re looking for a class and/or personal trainer while visiting the PSJ area look her up!
Luis Painting did a great job painting our exterior. They did the prep work needed to do the job right. The crew was thorough and efficient. We couldn’t be more pleased!
We were super impressed with Brittney, Jesse, and Jeff and the service they provided. They were in constant contact with us throughout the process of getting kitchen and bathroom cabinets installed. Brittney sent pictures to show us the progress. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful...we love them!!
My wife called and was able to get a same day pedicure which was great. She was VERY satisfied with the meticulous, perfect pedicure done by Jenny. Tons of colors to choose from - an added bonus! Plus Jenny was very professional and friendly! She will be back next time we visit Port St Joe.
Kelly Renee is amazing. Although I live in Atlanta and Toronto while my beach house is being rebuilt, I have found no one who cuts my hair like Kelly. She just knows what looks best and knows all the tricks to a great cut. She is also the best with color. Thank you, Kelly Renee, for coming in early and working me in to your busy schedule. That in itself was just so appreciated.I’m looking forward to getting back to PSJ so I never again have to worry about how I’m going to get my hair cut or colored. We recently extended the pavers in the back yard and were very pleased with the customer service and quality of work provided by Kurtis and his team of guys. They did all the dirty work with the tent & bistro lights, & let us move the remaining items into place ourselves. They have pretty much everything that you may need and they have awesome service as well.
I love everything about the Laundry Basket - we always manage to get parking close by and even when it’s busy we always have a machine available. Reasonable priced and they make sure to state the rules everywhere for you to see- last load must be put in 90 min before closing - that’s understandable!
